Join Date: 2010-06-27 | #53148004Friday, August 19, 2011 5:48 AM GMT There is already an IP address ban. First its a warning, then a 1 day ban. Then it goes on to 3, then 7, then 14. After that it's permanent. Then if you do it again, and find out it's the same person, they will give you an IP ban.

But most have a dynamic. No one pays money for static IPs unless they're making a website or if they're making an online game.
