Interesting statistics coming out of a study of 61 organisations in the UK who adopted a 4-day working week.- 55% of CEOs and project managers said the 4-day working week (where staff worked 100% of their output in 80% of their time) had a positive impact on their organisation.- 82% cited positive effects on staff wellbeing.- 50% found it reduced staff turnover.- 46% said productivity improved.- 32% said it improved job recruitment. Will we see more organisations in Australia adopting a 4-day working week? Or, are organisations still grappling with how to make hybrid and flexible working for their organisation?
