Ingredients

  • 1 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed from about 5 lemons
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 4 peaches sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 9 cups water divided

  • Instant Pot

Instructions

  • Pour 1 cup of water in the Instant Pot. Add peach slices and sugar.

  • Close the Instant Pot lid and turn the valve to Sealing position. Press the "Pressure Cook" or "Manual" button and set the time to 10 minutes on High pressure.

  • When Instant Pot is done cooking, quick release (QR) the steam.

  • Transfer the cooked peaches and their liquid from the Instant Pot to a pitcher. Add the lemon juice, lemon slices and the remaining 8 cups of water.

  • Refrigerate the peach lemonade for 2 hours, or until cold (or pour over ice if you'd like to serve it immediately).
