It’s summer! And what could be better than a Peach Lemonade made with real fresh peaches? Instant Pot extracts every drop of peach flavor out of those peaches to truly infuse this epic lemonade!
It is summer, and fresh peaches are to be had for a reasonable price in your local market. Is there anything more decadent and more summery than fresh peaches? Nothing I know of! So, take this opportunity to create the ultimate in refreshing deliciousness – Instant Pot Peach Lemonade, made with fresh sweet peaches.
The secret to this recipe is the combination of fresh peaches and the Instant Pot, which turns those fresh peaches into succulent, savory, juice-releasing lusciousness – decadent peach nectar with citrusy fresh lemonade! The best of both worlds, a great blend of sweet and sour!
Most recipes for peach lemonade are time consuming and require boiling peaches with sugar in water. Who wants to do that at the height of summer? Using your Instant Pot makes this step so very easy and quick, and no heat in your kitchen! You are cool, and calm! Some recipes smash the peaches, but keeping your peaches sliced adds to the eye-appeal as well.
You can use this Instant Pot Peach Lemonade as a base for “hard” peach lemonade, and it’s just to die for! Just add some rum, bourbon or vodka :)
Tip: Fresh peaches are the best! But, if you get a hankering for summer in the middle of the winter, you can use frozen ones . If you happen to have mint in your garden, adding a sprig or a couple of leaves is a wonderful addition in your glass. And if you like Sangria, try a white version, adding white wine to this Instant Pot Peach Lemonade with Fresh Peaches!
Maybe you don’t want to think about healthy when you’re sipping this, but, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that Instant Pot Peach Lemonade with Fresh Peaches contains many things that are good for you. Lots of vitamin C, antioxidants, fiber, potassium, beta carotene, iron and vitamin K are packed into a glass of this deliciousness! And if you’d like to make it sugar-free, just omit sugar and sweeten it with Stevia or other sweetener to taste. Here’s to summer!
